Terms of Service
Last updated: March 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AssetsCompliance™ website, platform information, practitioner review workflows, demo access, and related materials. By using this site or requesting access to any service, you agree to these terms.
AssetsCompliance™ provides a compliance intelligence layer designed to help organisations structure, view, and manage compliance-relevant asset, evidence, and operational context. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, AssetsCompliance™ does not replace legal counsel, certification bodies, enterprise source systems, or formal regulatory interpretation.
- Service scope: AssetsCompliance™ provides website content, product information, practitioner review flows, demo access, and related materials as described on the site or in agreed documents.
- Eligibility and account access: You must provide accurate information when submitting forms, requesting review access, or accessing any protected area. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity under your account.
- Practitioner review access: Review and demo access is subject to suitability review. Requests may require identity verification, a review meeting, and confirmation by AssetsCompliance™ before any protected materials or review environments are provided.
- Acceptable use: You must not misuse the site or services, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service in a way that breaches applicable law or third-party rights.
- Commercial terms: Current public access is focused on practitioner review. Any future commercial terms will be governed by the applicable order form, proposal, or signed agreement.
- Data and submissions: Where you submit information, documents, connector details, or operational records, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.
- Intellectual property: AssetsCompliance™, its platform materials, branding, design system, documentation, workflows, and related content remain the intellectual property of AssetsCompliance™ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No legal or regulatory advice: Information provided through the website or platform is for operational and informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or a substitute for professional advice.
- Service availability: AssetsCompliance™ may update, suspend, limit, or improve parts of the service, website, or review process from time to time, including for maintenance, security, compliance, or product evolution reasons.
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetsCompliance™ excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Total liability in connection with use of the website or service will be limited as set out in the relevant contract or, where no contract applies, to the extent permitted by law.
- Termination: AssetsCompliance™ may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where misuse or risk is identified, or where review or account approval requirements are not satisfied.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless another governing law is expressly agreed in writing.
For formal commercial terms, procurement schedules, data processing terms, or enterprise-specific conditions, the signed agreement between AssetsCompliance™ and the customer will take precedence where applicable.
